Huge problem need help please!

Okey I have this other xbox live account that i have not used for a while so i have forgot the email and password for the account... This would be fine but i have saved my credit card information on that old account and every month MIcrosoft automaticly
fines me 6.99 euros and i dont even know what im paying for.. The payment deteils are something like " MSFT *XBOX LIVE ".

So can someone please help me how i can delete that account or atleast stop that automatic payment for microsoft..??

My old accounts gamertag atleast used to be: kukkosixx but i may have changed it i dont remember

 

Your only real option is to cancel the card through your bank.

If you don`t have any way to get into the account or even know the tag,xbox support will not be able to help you.

The downside to this is the account will get suspended,but seeing as you don`t use it it won`t matter.

The payment will be for gold time as you probably have auto renew turned on.

 

You can also contact support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and give them the card number and they can have it removed from the account. However, they won't be able to give you any additional information regarding your account.
