Huge Mistake

you can say whatever you like but this is still the best game out right now.

 

I have high hopes for Destiny... until Titanfall was announced, Destiny was the #1 game I was looking forward to. Though I have grown to like competitive MP, I love me some Coop MP FPS.

Also love sports games, but since I move from my friends place with a PS3 (Ugh marriage!) there are no baseball games for me to play, and I only buy Madden once every few years.

Play with some moderation. It helps. Being able to play for two hours a night only is going to make my path to Gen 10 take a hell of a lot longer, and I don't get bored. On the contrary, I get to sit at work thinking "Oh boy, a few rounds of Titanfall tonight.
Can't wait.". If I racked up dozens of hours on it like some people have (It's only been out for just over a week! Not even a week in the UK! What's wrong with you people?!) then I would get bored of the game. Moderation and discipline is how you keep that
addiction going.

 

^^Keep the addiction going? LOL, thats a new outlook into addictions.

 

I do nba 2k, nba live, and Madden usually considering I like to play those sports in real life. I've been debating fifa but I'm not a big soccer guy

 

It's simple. You want something you can only have a little of. If you have free access to the pop tarts, they just become boring and bland after days and days of eating them. If you can have them 2 times a week, they become a treat, and you enjoy them more
for it.

And it's funny you say that Mitch, because a lot of people want to buy games they can be addicted to. You can see it all over the internet. "What's a really addictive MMO?" "What's a really addictive Shooter?"

Deliberate addiction causes a buzz for some people. If you were to tell me that Watchdogs was so addictive I'd be skipping work, I'd go out and buy it on the spot.

 

This game is addicting and fun I admit that much

 

This man just made me crave a poptart and I don't have any in the house sir I hope you brought enough for the whole forum

Yet the title of your thread is "Huge Mistake". I don't get it?

 

The hype for this game didn't live up they made it seem like you could play months on end when at times it's boring and stale rinse and repeat

 

That and some of these guys made me realize some of the fun that I've had and can be had with this game
