    Huge Lag and Latency


    My BF 1 used to work to e but now I've got huge Lag numbers and warning symbols every time I play? What happened.?

    My NAT is open and multiplayer is good so WTF?

    PvP is so broken in this Blasted Game RaGE VeNT

    I get huge lag too, and I never play PVP because of it. I only have latency problems in this game.

    "I don't know about anyone else, but I have seen a huge increase in lag switches. Back in MW2 it was easy to see who was causing the lag, but in MW3 with the updated latency bars, it is very hard to know".

    Huge Lag and Latency

    The Xbox will use the connection it's getting from your router. Here's a few things to try.

    Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

    Then power cycle your network by unplugging the power to the modem & router for about 60 seconds. Then plug your router back in and try your game again.

    If that doesn't work, I'm guessing you're using a wireless connection to your router.

    On your Xbox go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Forget Wireless Network

    Go to Advanced settings > DNS Settings > Manual - Set the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary as 8.8.4.4

    Go to Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

    After the Xbox Restarts go back and reconnect to your Wireless Network and try your game again.

    If that fails, consider resetting your router back to defaults.

    Yes every time I log on,, its not a huge amount of lag or latency but you can definitely notice the latency,

    I also play on a computer monitor if thats any consolation,

    It's not 4k either,
