Huge issues with Xbox one s

Need to start with what happened before. But first, there has been no problems whatsoever with my Xbox before.

I was in a game of overwatch where I was matched against 3 cheaters. They weren’t using normal cheats but ones called workshop cheats which is accessible from inside the games workshop mode. Me and my team were beating them when they took away my team chat option from my dpad. I did check if it was working on the Xbox menu and it was but not in game. They then started using more cheats but we still won. After the game ended I went to leave but that option has been removed for me and I was stuck on the end of the game display. I ended up restarting the game and it wouldn’t work. I then tried another game and the same issue. So I did a hard reset(holding the power button then disconnecting the power cable) and after a while I came back to it to see if it worked. My Xbox start up light came on but there was nothing sent to the tv.(hdmi was fine) then the Xbox turned off by itself after about 15 seconds. I preformed another reset but it stayed the same. I then tried to do the reset where you hold bind and eject but it wouldn’t even allow the option. I had no noise to say it was working or the part come up showing the 4 reset options. Then it turned off again. It continues to do this and I don’t know how to fix it
