huge issues with my xbox one controller. (HELP NEEDED)

so basically i bought a xbox one about 2 weeks ago. about 3 days after i bought it, i noticed that while playing battlefield the view of my character in game would randomly shoot off in a random direction, along with the controller acting like i was holding
down the firing button, even though i was not touching it. or when my view is randomly thrown around, again i am not even touching the analog sticks. this problem went on for a week, i tried replacing the controller, no luck, i then tried replacing the console
itself, again, no luck. so after a week and a half i finally contacted microsoft. waste of time. they told me to replace my controller or console even though i already did it. they finally told me to unplug and replug in the console, and update the controller
again. this some how fixed the problem for about 3 days. but no of course it started again. i have looked all over for solutions and of course microsoft has none. i am extremely aggravated at how awful these controllers are. i had better usage out of my 360
controllers. so does anyone know even know why this happens? and or if so how to fix it?

Controller won't turn on after update

Hey,

I havent played my xbox one for a while so I needed to do some updates on it. One of them were the controller but I ran into some issues with it. While updating the controller, it failed mid way and the controller wouldnt turn on
afterwards. I replaced my batteries, USB cord I tried to plug the controller, unplugging the xbox itself, using another cord and my rechargeable battery didnt do the trick as well. Why is my controller not turning on? help Renewed my live too on the first
day lol.

 

Headset

I'm trying to connect xbox one official headset. I can hear my friends but they can't hear me. I have tried to set it with the controller but it says no update needed. Please help

 

My problem is like yours! I got my console since launch and never had any problems in relation to control. After I did the update in September, my control began to have its own life and then immediately it disconnects and connects again! I mean, before the
control losing sync with the console, it turns the game character alone, for example, in BF4 my player gives 360 before the control loses connection! Did you notice if it was after the September update? Your control disconnects?

 

i just recently bought this xbox so i dont know if it was after the september update, but my controller also randomly disconnects then reconnects, its very frustrating that microsoft has no solution for this

 

This could be an issue with the controllers battery life. I have owned the Xbox One since launch and the only time I have experienced this issue was with low battery life.

 

Many of my friends and many cases I researched the internet, this problem began shortly after the September update, so I think it just comes out a fix for this bug!
