Huge issue that needs to be addressed

Ok so recently ive been com banned 2 different times both of which i shouldnt have been banned and its clear that no enforcement team member reviewed the cases and its made me realize that xbox has a terrible moderation system and please dont make the
arguement that i got banned just wont accept it no i know why i got banned i got banned because someone and all their friends reported me and i didnt even initiate the stuation infact i got critizied first but no you dont see the other person getting punishment
ive been playing xbox 14 years sunk thousands of hours and money into microsoft to get simply stepped on this issue has been addressed but hasnt been fixed people are getting banned for no reason its clear microsoft is basing their moderation system off amount
of reports not actually reviewing the wrongs thousands no millions of people are getting banned everyday because of this poor moderation system this is terrible and no one talks about it im sick of seeing people getting stepped on because someone else unlawfully
reported another person come on microsoft weve poured millions of dollars into your service just to get banned for no reason just because the enforcement team didnt want to do their job this is just disrespectful im not going on to the forum to complain but
to address a major flaw in your system people have given up complaining about this because nothing is being done about this its degrading to see hundreds everyday get banned everyday for no reason please spread this issue so it gets fixed this really damaging
to anyone who just wants to have fun playing a game but no they get screwed because someone wanted to play moderator and got someone unlawfully banned every player at this point knows about this but it seems no one is talking about it im done being silent
while i get banned for no reason please do something about this microsoft for your community and customers and when it comes to moderation i know what im talking about i was a game master for multiple games with thousands and millions of players i know a unruly
moderation team when i see one im also a indepedent game developer who managed his own moderation team its clear microsoft either needs to fire their team or manage them better also i get it its thousands of reports each day but even i can program a better
moderation system than that and i infact have its sad to see one person program a better moderation system than a trillion dollar company that has some of the best programmers in the world working for them just sad
