HUGE FAN/ SONY HATER / DISAPPOINTED

Hi! My name is David Castañer, and Im actually from the Philippines. I just recently bought your white Xbox One S slim 500 GB. Been stoked about it for a couple months, and then i got a chance to buy it. I wasnt actually planning on buying this gens console,
but I was an owner of the Xbox 360 Elite, passed it on my younger nephews, so yes I have been a huge fan eversimce. But priorities changes, so i kinda skipped on the first Xbox One. But then again, here we are.

~ So thing that i wanted to tell you, Micrsosoft ( Xbox ) , about is that I was really disappointed when i bought your Xbox One due to the fact that it had scratches the first brand new boxed that we opened at the store, it had scratches underneath, the
black part and had dents on the upper right cornee where the vent is located. So we opened another one where it had this small brownish scrarch wich i think the paint chipped off. And then the store ran out of white Xbox , they got the grey and the blue ones.
but I was already stoled and hooked on the white one. but I expressed my frustrations with the Store owner, and they immediately put a mark on the xbox that had dents and scratches, and theyll be replacing it from their xbox supplier. So I had no choice but
to get the other one that had this brown scratch. So i was really bummed.

~ So my final thoughts here is that, I dont know if you can do something about this anymore. But when i try to use my Xbox i really get disappointed because I spent $300 on this and that aint cheap. Eventhough yes, you can judge me that Im kinda overly exaggerating
the tiny marks, but still man, If you were in my shoes and **** be buying a brand new xbox, you would probably do the same, and wont let this go even if it only had a tiny dot of a mark on it. So i just really hope that I atleast you you could respo.d to me.
Thank you and Im saying this with all honesty, i have nothing against or have any motive with this. It just really bugs me that fact that it has the scratches eventhough its small, but it shouldnt ve there in the first because its brand new and sealed.

Bad Company 3

I'm a huge fan of the Bad Company series and would love to see BFBC3.
I was disappointed when DICE announced BF4 instead of BC3.
