Huge Controller problem!

My controller has this weird issue were it won't charge! I do use the play and charge kit and looking at the port the circuit board is looking good.

Have you tried resettinng your network setting on the xbox? I had the same problem. I reset my router, checked my internet speed, and even unplugged my wired connection to the xbox. As a last resort I reset my my network on the xbox and after a few minutes
the download sped up tremendously. My guess was somehow my ip was corrupt or something. Hope this helps

There could be multiple factors contributing to this: Your internet speed, signal strength (If using wireless connection).

I had a similar problem with an old cell phone. It would only charged if we moved around the USB plug. As it turned out there was a very small fracture in the micro USB connector in the phone. I regret to say the only thing we could do was to replace the
phone. Lets hope you don't have to do that with your controller. But, you can always still use the controller with batteries.
