Huge connection issue

Been having this huge problem with connection on my Xbox One. Every time i try to connect to my wifi i get NAT Type Unavailable and Service Info Unavailable. I've done everything between hard resetting, power cycling, to factory resets, and even port forwarding/static
ip.

Any help would be highly appreciated..

Huge Issue

Unlikely. If someone tries to sign into your account from another country or a foreign device or a device which is over 100km from your normal usage, Microsoft sends a verification code TO YOUR SMARTPHONE number, and you have to enter in the correct password
and email, before they can access your account. It is almost impossible, to get that verification number, if you don't have it. I'm with Vodafone and they know there is only ONE device which has access to my number, and that's my smartphone which is next to
me.

Also, if there are any unauthorized withdrawals, your bank will Reverse Transaction those. There are laws in place for this. Microsoft regularly updates their software anyways. And no one has been successfully able to hack Xbox Live for other people's info.

Hey there ZookieRenizil,

Sounds like there is an issue with the router, are you seeing the same issue if you connect to the Modem directly with an Ethernet cable?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information. Using both a WiFi connection and a Direct Wired
connection to the Internet Modem.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps.

From what I've read what they do is add you over xbox live,send you messages asking if you are male/female & your age & then give you a link to a sex site.

If your dumb enough to go to that site that's where they'll try & get some details from you.

They can't do it over xbox live unless someone is stupid enough to give out their details.

OMGoth! Happened to me today! Just like the OP said - some random with ZERO gamerscore and a disproportionate amount of "friends" tried juicing me for info! Should apologize to the OP because I doubted the likelihood of outsiders crashing my party! Obviously
I didn't reply but now that I've deleted all of *its* conversations, I have nothing to report :/ Once bitten twice shy, then ^_0
