    2 weeks ago i sent to the repair center my old xbox cause i had a problem with associating the wireless controler.

    I just received today from Microsoft an Xbox (in standard exchange) providing by the repaircenter.

    I paid 120€ for this service because my old xbox was not anymore in garantuy.

    The new xbox have a very strong noise provided by the the CD player.

    So you can understand i'm not happy by your service.

    I want exchange again this deffect Xbox.

    I already wait 2 weeks without xbox.

    Please send me a new one soon as possible

    Loud noise from CD drive while reading

    hey guys xbox one produce a very loud noise while operating the CD and keep produce this noise while is reading and even after i shut off my console. I have to eject the cd to end this noise. What is that mean ?hard ware need to be replace please help

    To rip music from a CD it must be a standard audioCD, the type you can play in any CD player. You can do this by going to the Music Library, select the CD as the source and then the Rip CD option.

    You can't trandfer music from an MP3 player or a MP3 disc.

    I have noticed the exact same sound and like di5codonk3y question whether this noise is right. In fact I have set up a advanced replacement because I feel the noise does not sound right. Why should the noise be excessive when at the dashboard and then
    gone when playing games, surely this should be the other way round? Is the xbox defragmenting the drive or something at the dashboard? Wish I knew if this was normal. Has anyone else noticed also after removing a cd from the drive that the xbox cd drive
    will make a noise like it rewinding something?

    Xbox one will not recognize the xbox one disc, say it cannot play the disc

    Mine makes a crunching noise and says to put in an xbox or blueray cd
