This is not related to what channel you are using. It relates to the decurity profile used to login to.you wifi networks. You have it set to something thr Xbox cant use. WPA2 is probably the best for the password.

Login Information

Gateway: 192.168.254.254

Username: admin

Password: admin

Change Wireless Channel

Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.

Open a web browser on a computer.

Type the address 192.168.254.254 into the web address bar.

This will take you to a login page, type admin for the “Password”.

Once logged in select the General Settings on the left side.

Select the WLAN option on the middle page.

Select the Channel you wish to use.
