Hello. I signed up for Groove Music in hopes to experience the service and take advantage of the 2-month free promotion (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/anniversary). I signed up 7/3/2016 and paid $9.99 for the first month - but never received the
promo code for two the free months. I was then charged $9.99 again on 9/3/2016 and again on 9/17/2016.

I don't think I should have been billed until 11/3/2016 since that would be the fourth month (I paid for month one, month two and three should be free).

Xbox support told me they couldn't help. me. Reference number 1355490292 for this chat.

Please help!

4 month Groove Anniversary prome

I have availed the free Groove trial (
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/anniversary ) it says when you avail a one month paid or trial gold you will receive an additional 3 month gold. I availed the trial of groove last August 12 but until now I haven't receive any code for my other 3
months
