I need help so I have a problem so I was trying to create a pso2.com account for phantasy star online new genesis. So I can see updates and etc however I accidentally put in the wrong age ok. like this is what I accidentally put in 2022 January. u get what I'm saying so because of that I have been completely locked out. I can't do a g*** d am ned thing. I can't get in what so ever every time i try it keeps popping up the same idiotic screen u are not allowed to enter this site. ok so I am asking a professional to please tell me how to reset the so called page or at least download an app. so I can see future updates and info on the game. OH and I also put a link in the subject line so u can see what page I was on and what happens when u accidentally put in an age that basically means u r a baby. Anyways if u can't help I swear I will absolutely explode
