    Hi,

    Please could you advise on the following issue? I am currently having an issue logging in to the Minecraft Feedback Portal. When the Microsoft login page comes up, I sign in as normal, authenticate it, but then the webpage says "You signed out of your account

    It's a good idea to close all browser windows".

    I have tried to troubleshoot this in various ways:
    1. I tried this on a windows 11 PC and on an android smartphone.

    2. I tried various browsers on each device, including trying each browser in private mode.

    3. I cleared the cache and browsing data more than 10 times on each device.

    4. I even looked at the URL chain that ensued between clicking on the webpage's "feedback login" button, to the point where I am involuntarily signed out. The last URL in the chain redirects me to sign out (this should not be the case, I am trying to sign in):

    There does not appear to be anything wrong with my Microsoft account or credentials (I used various authentication methods just to be sure), as I have successfully signed in to the other Minecraft site, the Microsoft site, and to the game itself on the same day. I have seen a previous ticket for the same issue which was unresolved, but I suspect the ticket has been long since closed and replying to it would not have yielded any results.

    Previous tickets on the matter (the received replies too late and the tickets were closed within 72 hours):
