http error 500 when attempting to log into halo support / halo waypoint

i have attempted this several times over the course of a year. i log into halo support by entering my email and password and then im immediately hit with "this page isnt working, support.waypoint.com is unable to handle your request. http error 500"

after this, any time i click sign in i am unable to input any information and it goes straight to the "http error 500" page

ive tried this on edge, chrome, brave, home wifi, clearing browser caches, phone, pc, everything. my account simply cannot be logged into and i cannot report bugs. how can i work and get this fixed

i originally wanted to post a bug report to halo support after halo infinite was crashing my computers audio drivers, forcing me to restart my pc any time i wanted sound after closing the game (as well as the game crashing) as well as as soon as i boot halo infinite, my sound quality drastically plummets for a reason i used to know but was still a bug but this is secondary to not being able to log into waypoint/support at all
