Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

A double NAT type usually occurs if you have more than one network in your home.

Have you ever experienced this before, or has this never been a problem for you using double NAT?

I recommend that you take a look at the
Double NAT Detected in your Network settings article and see if these troubleshooting techniques work for you.

Additionally, you could try running the Detailed network statistics on your console and see if you are meeting the minimum requirements to connect to Xbox Live. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Detailed network statistics.

Go ahead and give this a shot and let us know about your results!

I'm having the same problems with my system. Trying to get help with the double nat and how to fix it.
