How'd they do that? Or, An Upload Studio conundrum.

I was poking around Upload Studio clips made by other gamers and saw a really cool clip someone made for the game The Evil Within. It started with the graphic that's on the box cover of the game (the face wrapped in barbed wire) but instead of the face that
appears on the box, the person had made a clip where it was their face and he was talking. I then started to browse through the templates available in Upload Studio and could not find that particular template. After some more poking around, I noticed a lot
of clips by different people who also made their own custom templates and for the life of me, I can't figure out how they did it. Does anyone in this forum know how they did it? I'm assuming that since these clips/graphics aren't available in Upload Studio
that there must be some PC work involved and possibly some green screen and mocap work to? Can anyone tell me how they did this and/or point me toward a website that describes how it's done and what equipment is needed to produce these clips? I searched online
for hours with different search phrases and couldn't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

Did you install Upload Studio before your Kinect? 1) Uninstall Upload Studio 2) Go do the two part set up for your Kinect 3) be sure the Kinect Recognizes you @ Sign-in 4) Launch Upload Studio

 

delete clip, but it's still there

I am not interested in what upload studio does or does not do, and that includes file explorer or doing it on my PC, I am reporting a function that's already on the system NOT working, and asking if it's going to get fixed, so it actually works, because
starting up Upload Studio app or file explorer or doing it on my PC, takes way longer to do than the function that's already there, that is NOT working

If they are using their own face that would mean they have a Kinect. Do you have a kinect?
