    Do I turn off this automatic renewal for this Xbox live [Mod Removed]. Worst Customer service ever. At least PlayStation will refund me when a mistake happens.

    Hello, I bought the game State Of Decay 2 & I would like to know how to communicate with microsoft concerant a bug on the page of the strore of the game and can communicate with a community in my language, but the communication at Microsoft is so badly done
    that I spend hours looking for answers to my questions without ever finding answers, I go from links to links without ever finding solutions, no way to find a forum or a community in my language & even less able to contact Microsoft & know why the page of
    the game store does not work while the game just out & I have a lot of friends who would like to buy the game but can not so much the "hub" of Microsoft is very very very bad !! I think I never bought games on the microsoft store even for exclusives !! When
    Microsoft understands how a gaming platform works, then yes I would buy games but it's not hard to take an example on Steam, Origin, Uplay, Blizzard etc etc etc Is anyone able to help me with all this, or have I finally abandoned the idea of buying games on
    the micorsoft store? Thank you in advance to all those who can help me.

    I think [Mod Removed] XBox has to automatically set up the bank card for automatic renewal without asking.

    Actually it does warn you auto-renewal will be turned on when you purchase Live.

    You are full of it. It did not warn me [Mod Removed]. The only reason I knew it got turned back was was because of the email.

    Oh so it clear, the email was after I purchased another month because I can't get the PS4 yet. When I made the purchase it said nothing about turning back on the automatic renewal that I already turned off a few weeks back

    My Player doesn't seem harder to me. Maybe because I'm playing a lower difficulty right now. So far getting skills points are anywhere as hard as last year.

    Only played My player so far and it looks pretty solid. Tried to get into a team up match and was unable to connect with anyone and later on in the day the 2k servers were down so the online problems are still there early on. Lets see how long it takes them
    to fix it and if its stable afterwards. There's no crew and my player pick up games also.
