How X Box Violates Its Own Terms Of Service

Hey There,

X Box Violates its own terms of service by banning other peoples profiles when they do not do any thing wrong. They violate it by such as harrasment towards other gamers by such as suspending a first time offense by 14 day suspension as a example when it
should be a day. Then with out warning they will suspend your account again this time with a permemnant ban. I had done nothing wrong and came back on a day later find it suspended permennatly when i was at school the whole day. They give these "Enforcers"
power to control gamers and to manuiplate them by suspending at will. They violate their own terms of service as such. I want to start a partition against x box and x box live for this such on suspending accounts permnantly and to unsuspend them. I feel my
rights to the constitution of the united states were violated when my account was permenantly suspended for some thing i did not to. 7 years of buying consoles and games and accesorys. I want other gamers to sign this partition so they can unsuspend these
permemnant suspensions and get rid of some of these enforcers who suspend your account for the thrill of it. My other gamer tage is DarkSniperX85. i had that for 7 years. This is why they loose customers and go to Sony. Sony does not treat their customers
as such.

A X Box live gamer is banned from video game and made threats to sue the company on X Box Live.

**** recently did a live stream and he was banned from playing GTA 5 Online. And during the live stream he made threats to sue Rockstar Games for banning him and his friends. Threating on a video game console is considered wrong and last
I checked does violate X Box Live terms of service,. Here is the link.

Can't Change Location on my Profile

I was trying to update the location on my profile. Apparently "Sacramento, CA" violates the Terms of Service. I get this error every time I try to change it: "This setting violates the Terms of Service".

It is funny, "Sacramento" also violates the Terms of Service, but I can change it successfully to "Sacrament".

 

Microsoft do not ban people for no reason, you clearly did at least 2 things wrong.

Investigations take a long time, you will not have been banned for something that happened while you were at school.

You were probably banned for the 14 days while the investigation into other offences were going on.

No one here is going to sign your petition.

 

Sony suspends and bans people too. Not sure why you would think they treat customers better.

Perhaps he was doing some internal mods to his home, since he was asking for a partition!

 

not doing any internal mods to my x box 1. 2,d off been wrongfully reported. Other players can get their friends as well to file false claims against your gamer tag have you suspended for some thing you didnt do. Paraffin Alien comment like those espically
other people get you suspended.

 

Very rarely do people actually get suspended or banned for something they didn't do. So...
