How would I play an XBOX game on my computer?

Either I buy it on my computer on Steam or Epic Games and somehow transfer it to xbox one that's why I want to play it so much on xbox one anyway so I buy it on my computer because if the xbox one breaks the game is lost and if I get a better computer I would play it on that

I figured out the problem. It happens when the computer to my router is turned on or the internet being used on that computer is on the problem will happen. Any suggestions on how to have that computer on AND play xbox?
