I recommend everyone use the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint through them. I often have better results with a company after doing that as it gets the word out about their poor customer service if they choose to do little or nothing to compensate
you for a problem.

I purchased the game days ago and have not been able to play it at all because everytime I try to download it, it will not go past 25%.

And this is certainly an Xbox issue as I purchased the game through their online system and play it on their console, using their paid for Xbox live service - so yes, it is most certainly an issue they need to address.

Microsoft has terrible customer service. Not even worth bothering. It sucks to say that but it's 100% true. Threats of lawsuits (which you can't, you agree to their terms of service by subscribing to XBL and I can guarantee you there is some legalese
in there that absolves them of this), BBB or even writing your states attorney general will be brushed off. I've had my fair share of problems with my console and they refuse to recompense me in any fashion.

Same here started downloading mine last night at half 10, nearly 24 hours later am sitting at 21% after numerous re-installs etc. to say am annoyed is an understatement as I wish I waiting to buy a proper copy. I just hope I don't need to buy another copy
and I'll eventually get it working, not paying £100 for a game.

thats not true i ordered mines from the xbox one store its their fault its their download store...of course they are going to say its not their fault its the blame game they will find any excuse they can but actually say look we messed up...
