How will we be compensated for this mess?

tell me Microsoft, how will you be compensating those who you lied to. This is clearly false advertising. You advertised that players could play at 12:01 est. on November 3rd.. I pre-ordered, pre-downloaded,and at 12:01 est. the game acted as if it wasn't
preloaded.it is now 8 hours later and I still can't play. And don't say it's activisions fault because if I bought a blu-Ray at best buy and it didn't work, they wouldn't tell me it's MGM's or 20th century fox's fault. No they would compensate the consumer.

Still no fix yet im guessing? Does anyone know how long this will take to fix? I think we should be compensated for this.

I to have been told that it's not their fault. I purchased the digital download yesterday from game stop only because I had preordered the pro edition from Best Buy weeks ago who in turn told me yesterday I wouldn't receive my game until 11/24 even though
I was promised a 11/3 delivery "paid for expedited shipping and all" Their excuse was preorders ship after the release date bull crap. I am a die hard COD fan and I'm just very dissatisfied with this whole ordeal. I start downloading at 11:22pm last night
having to hard reset, uninstall the game multiple times, and uninstall -reinstall my profile to only be at 9% 13 hours later. I originally came from Sony back in 2010 because of the features that 360 offered over my PS3 after all this crap all I can say is
PS4 here I come.

 

thats not true i ordered mines from the xbox one store its their fault its their download store...of course they are going to say its not their fault its the blame game they will find any excuse they can but actually say look we messed up...

Same Here. Got stuck at 100% waited 2 hours and it did nothing. Decided to uninstall and reinstall, and now am stuck at 74%

Same here started downloading mine last night at half 10, nearly 24 hours later am sitting at 21% after numerous re-installs etc. to say am annoyed is an understatement as I wish I waiting to buy a proper copy. I just hope I don't need to buy another copy
and I'll eventually get it working, not paying £100 for a game.

 

i bought the disc and it still took about 2 hours to download. didnt get to start playing till almost 3 am

They will probably give EVERYBODY a free week of Xbox Live.
