How will I know my yearly refund limit is uP

You only allowed 1 refund per year from my experience but if the game you bought is unplayable most likely you will get a refund I done it bout 3 times this uear

As mentioned in the previous message, there is a limit for refunds, but I couldn't tell you exactly if it is 1, 2 or 3 per year. The only thing I can tell you is that if the system detects that in one way or another you have abused many refunds during the past year, it is possible that your account will be limited, and you will not be able to request a new refund for a while.

Do you know what the yearly refund limit is? I've encountered problems where I was unable to refund the entirety of unauthorized purchases because I reached some sort of threshold. If I recall, it was likely under $900 for me. Thanks.

Regarding refunds, as per Australian Consumer law. A refund/replacement/store credit must be applied if the item/service is not fit for purpose, not received, faulty or not as advertised.

There's no such thing as "yearly refund limit" under consumer law.

There should be.. they used an invalid argument, unless the yearly refund limit is 1 game, which they just should've stated then. Matched all other criteria.
