How will 343 compensate everyone who ordered Halo: The Master Chief Collection?

I'm sorry you all are having problems. I took off work the whole week in anticipation of this game. Try my helpful tips and get back in the action playing multiplayer with your friends.

 

I'm unable playing any Campaign & Matchmaking 343 just needs to fix there game all together there's no power cycle to fix this.

 

IntenseJames, have you tried to clear your local saved games. Let the console restart then load the game. Press start or the three lines button. You will get a message syncing game data. It should improve your online experience. Unfortunately, for these
patch and updates to work best, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game. I had to myself. View my support forums above. If you uninstall the game and reinstall, patches and updates will prompt you first. Don't play the campaign, or load the game while
installing. Let it take its course, then clear your local saved games before loading the game.

I just want Halo MCC to be a working game there's no way I'm gonna do that process every time I try to play it.

 

guys... try to power cycle BOTH your modems and routers. I was having serious problems signing in to xbox live until I did that. cleared it up right away

 

the reason for the problems occurring is that some of you might have had power interruptions to your routers when your xbox was on. if that is the case, then yes you'll permanently lose whatever cache your router stored your xbox info in. that's why it
is necessary to do the power cycle on both the modem and router.

turn them both off and unplug them. then wait 2 minutes. plug the modem back in FIRST. make sure your xbox and all computers are OFF before turning the router back on. then plug it back in and turn it on

 

Doing a power cycle does not fix Single Player Campaign.

 

Hopefully, with a working game...

 

343 even messed up Reach matchmaking for alot of countrys when they took over (started ruining) the halo series

I couldnt even play Reach for months...

MCC is the worst big game release in xbox history, people used to moan about BF4 all the time, MCC is 100x worse

I can download the 1gb updates faster then finding a matchmaking game...

Sony users must be laughing there *** off,id rather buy stupid killzone and a lamestation then buy Halo 5 now

 

If you bought it late, they reward you with a $15 credit. If you opted to support them early you got a beta release of a game with barely functioning multiplayer and a ton of bugs. Seriously though, they haven't said anything about compensation, but it will
almost certainly be something worthless like an exclusive skull or wallpaper. I don't even care at this point. Microsoft has already lost me as a customer. They sold me a broken product that did not function as advertised and they refused to refund me. Now
the idiots lost several $1000 over $60. Im sure whatever idiot did the math on that and thought it was a good idea worked for Atari to promote the Jaguar.

Great job Microsoft and 343. You've not only successfully damaged the Halo brand for years to come, but you've also scared off many lifelong supporters too.

 

I got Halo MCC Disc Version on day one I should get 15,000 reward points automatically.

 

Compensate us with the game working as advertised, These games and the people who love playing them deserve nothing less.
