    How to view pictures from my galaxy s3 on the Xbox?


    Hi, my name is Waiz and I own an Xbox 360. Alright, so I've been trying to view my photos from gallery and downloads on the Xbox. I've a Samsung Galaxy S3. My basic purpose was to set a new wallpaper for the Xbox dashboard from my downloads. I connected
    my Galaxy S3 via the USB port and the Xbox acknowledged my phone as GT-I9300. But I don't know why the picture viewer was showing every picture as a monitor with a cross in it. I waited for a while, still no luck. Even after changing my S3's settings
    to MTP, the problem remained the same. All I wanted was to set a new wallpaper for my Xbox dashboard. Can anybody help me?

    Well I was doing this post on my phone ( on the Samsung keyboard which sucks... on my galaxy s3)

    Xbox one smartglass to watch friends game DVR clips... No audio?

    It was tried on a Galaxy s4 running Android 4.3 and A Galaxy s3 running Android 4.2.2.

    If it were me I would just put the pics of my choice on a drive and pop it in the USB port and start that way.

    Works fine from my Win8 laptop, can see the forum and posts just fine, but the last time I accessed the forza5 section of the Xbox forums from the opera beta browser on my Galaxy S3 mobile I got just an empty Forza5 forum..
