    Rewards hub does not appear, and I'm a game pass ultimate member. I'm 19+ yrs old, us region account, living in the Philippines.

    Xbox rewards isn't available in the Philippines.

    Also,why is your account set to the U.S. if you live in the Philippines?

    That's because philipines isn't an xbox live region

    You cannot use an credit card from an non xbox live region to buy a subscription for an out of region account
