    How to use SteelSeries Fnatic 7H


    I have had this headset for awhile for when I had my 360, but now would like to start using it for the Xbox One. I've checked SteelSeries website and have not found any sort of adapters although I do own the

    Cross Platform AudioMixer for PC, Mac®, PlayStation® and Xbox 360®     but not sure if this would come into play. I assume I would need to get the Xbox Adapter that just came out to use it, but unsure of how the connection would work or if it even will. If
    anyone else has this headset and found a way to make it work, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    xbox One Controller BUG ( Audio Cutting 3.5m Jack )

    I tried 2 different XB1 Controller and 2 Types of different 3.5m Jack,

    One Steelseries 7H and the other samsung normal Earphone.

    Audio wont stop cutting During youtube or games when im just 5 meters away or even LESS !

    There are many people complaining about this problem, I bought every controller for 59.99 Euros Please fix it via an update.

    Has anyone solved the audio cutting out issue using a headset via Stereo Headset Adapter yet? : xboxone

    Godless what worked for me is I had to use the Xbox adapter that came with the Steelseries headset with the adapter. The turtle beach chat cable does not work with the steelseries. It works fine with my px5 connected to the adapted but for some reason
    the turtle beach chat cable doesnt work with steelseries h wireless.

    From my own experience, the SteelSeries ARCTIS 7X is a fantastic headset and works with both consoles. I also use a different SteelSeries for streaming as well.

    Sorry to hear about the headset issue! Looking at SteelSeries' product page for the

    Siberia V2 Headset    , it unfortunately looks like it is not compatible with the Xbox One console. You can refer to

    SteelSeries' Headset Platform Compatibility Matrix     for a list of all of the headsets SteelSeries' has that work with the Xbox One console. Hope that helps!
