    My minecraft account was hacked and i created a new account, but is saying that i need to puchase minecraft again, but i have the receipt in my e-mail. How can i use the receipt to play minecraft in the another account?

    You can't. Purchases are tied to the account and can't be transferred to another account.

    Did you purchase Minecraft for Windows, Java Edition or Minecraft for console?

    Do you have the receipt of purchase on your email so you can see the Transaction ID and order number?

    If so, you will need to contact Minecraft support. They will look into your account and see why you are not being able to play it anymore. They might ask for the Transaction ID and order number for reference, so please try to see on your email receipt if you have access to it.

    It's only Mojang that will be able to check the receipt since it's Minecraft Java Edition.

    If it's Minecraft for Windows or Minecraft (Xbox version) we will be able to check the license through order history.
