How to use pre installed xbox pc game

If i'm not mistaken, you can pre-install the game if you're on Xbox and also if you have a pre-order without having to have a Game Pass subscription. However, I think you may need Game Pass Ultimate if you want to pre-install it on your PC and have early
access.

i am having problems my self on xbox beta pc the game will not install when i click install it gose back to install button and it fleshes pre owned under the picture of the game

If you brought it through the mojang portal, then i think you've purchased the PC version of the game. I don't think there's a way to merge those accounts together so you can use the PC license on Xbox.

You'll most likely have to wait till closer to the time when the game gets released to see how to launch it.

However, if you have xbox game pass, you can pre-download/install the game on your console now.

They told me the disc was the only version I'd need. It had a code to install it. I installed on my XBox first, using the code, and it wouldn't work on my PC after that.

Thanks for the reply. I've never pre-ordered since they started the "Play Anywhere" program, and didn't know how it worked. That was why I asked the clerk at Gamestop.
