How To Use Microsoft xBox 360 Universal Remote Control

I have bought a Universal remote control called microsoft XBox 360 universal remote control DVD games playback kit. Have got it last week. Now, I cannot use it since there is no any user manual . I thought, we will get user manual along with the universal remote control box. I have contacted the universal remote control vendor where i have bought online From https://universalremotebest.com and contacted them. They have realized the mistake that the remote control has been despatched without user manual.

I will get the universal remote control in next 7 days and is late due to covid-19 lock down. So in this forum, anyone know how to use microsoft Xbox 360 universal remote control, please describe here. And it will be great for me

Thanks for the support message.

If the buttons are not working for your remote, please follow these steps below.

Check for interference. Remove any objects that may block the infrared port on the remote or on the console. This includes metallic or metallic-painted faceplates on the console.
If the infrared port on the faceplate is damaged, replace the faceplate.
Put new batteries in the remote control to determine whether the behavior is caused by weak batteries. Remove the batteries from the remote control, press each button two times, and then replace the batteries.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your 360. When you say you're having problems calibrating the Kinect, what are you using to select Yes/No? Do you have a wired Xbox 360 controller or a wireless one? If you have a wireless one, is it fully charged
and synced with the Xbox 360 properly?
