    How to use gamer profile I had on 360?


    I recently purchased an Xbox one and was given an automatically generated profile but I want my profile I was using on the last two Xbox systems and I was also up to date on my Xbox live payments. How can I make the switch?

    Creating profiles...,

    Has anyone created additional profiles on their Ones for family members etc (not new accounts)?

    I think I have but it had just appended my gamer tag with a "1", I can't see how to rename? On my 360 I had multiple profiles for various 'situations' and each was named accordingly. Any one else?

    I have a major issue with my gamer tag, it looks like it has privacy settings of a child. Wont let me play online :-( . Anybody got any solutions, at my wits end

    Odd,as long as you were connected to live it should promt you to download your profile during the set up process.

    Press the guide button on your xbox one controller.scroll to the far left 7 you should be able to download your old prfile via the "add new" tab.

    JordiCivit, you would need just to connect with the same account you used on your 360 on your One. I had a similar issue but all I had to do was when the message appears to download a profile, continue with that and just enter the login details that you have for your Xbox One profile. You don't have to create the profile on an Xbox 360 or even have connected it with internet on your console.

    recover it. This should refresh the status and give you back Gold status on your XBOX 360 console. To delete your gamer profile please follow the instructions on this website >
