    trying to purchase a game from my comp. its only giving me the option to use my card and now my available balance. I know how to switch it from my xbox, but how to do it from comp or phone????

    Not able to use Microsoft Account balance to buy items on 360

    If you used prepaid code from outside your region the balance wouldn't be available to you

    Xbox balance on account

    Hy!

    When I bought my xbox one, I had to choose France as my location because Belgium was not available at the time. Later it become available and I changed it to Belgium but the balance that I put on location France stays on location France. And I want to use
    it for my current location. How can I fix this?

    Ya use a creditcard Or use a Xbox 360 if you want to use the balance Those are your only two options

    Balance cannot be used for backwards compatibility games if you are trying to use the webpage or Xbox one

    Only way to use balance is to use an Xbox 360 console

    thats the thing i have a 360 and i am not able to use the balance when i use the 360

    On Xbox, you can use balance. But the premium subscription is not available, only robux
