How to use a service request number

'case' (which holds the information provided when the case was made in regards to your question or issue).

If you have questions regarding a case you have with support and have a case number you may reach us by

requesting a callback or getting with chat support.

Once you get ahold of one of our agents you may provide them your Service request number so they can have the previous notes made on your case and continue where you left of ( or provide updates).

Try these steps to schedule a callback:

• Log into
  Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 1: Choose the category - Xbox or Xbox on Windows 10
  
• Step 2 : Ask a question
  
• A new window will pop up
  
• Type in contact Support -
  
  • you will receive different options, such as:
    
  • Message with an Xbox Gamer
    
  • Call me back
    
    
  • Ask the Community
