    How to use a second controller borrowed from second console in same appartment?


    Hello.

    We have a small appartment with two xboxes.

    Want to borrow the controller from the second console to play split screen on crash racing in the livingroom, when i turned on the controller from the other console and same time push the bluetooth button in front of the one x, the x button start to flash
    quickly, and when i pushed the connection button on the second controller nothing happens, it just turned on the other console it belongs too. So i restarted my one x to get rid of the flashing button.

    How can we set up this controller to play split screen? Could the controller remember or «save» two consoles to be used with?

    As Lego stated, plugging it in with the USB cord and syncing it at the same times sometimes fixed it for me, but then you'll have to resync it to it's normal XBOX at a later time.

    Hi, pull the power cord out of the other Xbox, that will stop that powering up and should allow you to sync the controller. Or connect the controller to the Xbox or a PC using a charging cable, that should also make the controller forget the Xbox is was
    synced to.

    If you have a micro-usb cable, plug the xbox controller into the new xbox you want to pair, that's the easiest and fastest way to do it.
