How to upload ANY image to be used in the Activity feed page?

I've noticed some people share images that were not a screenshot from a game. I know I can put my own image files in the same folder, but Xbox refuses to upload image files that were not from a game bought from the Windows Store.

So, how are they doing it?

Allow custom gameclips

This capture is from my PC not from Xbox Live. It is stored on my PC

It allows me to upload it to the service.

Obviously all content must be rated E for everyone when sharing to your activity feed

"we can't show this right now" error

If I click on my profile and go to captures, I get this error:

I cannot share images to my activity feed either. I upload them to Xbox Live, but when I click the "share" button and then click "share to activity feed", I get the same error, and it never shows up in my feed:

Hi DrPepperNPizza,

You can post screenshots taken from a game on the Xbox app. You can also post screenshots or video clips taken from other apps on your computer by using the Game DVR on Windows 10. When playing a game, press the
Windows logo key + G to open Game bar. Select "Yes, this is a game" if you see a screen asking if you want to open Game bar. With this action, you will be able to take screenshot or video clips on other games
or apps on your computer.

It sort of helps but I'm still uncertain because it doesn't reference to anyone uploading images through the Xbox Beta App on Windows 10, i.e. a custom image upload to your activity feed.

We understand the concern towards avoiding an enforcement action. We appreciate that you are checking to see what is and is not allowed. Regarding what type of images are best to avoid, check the following:

Images intended to harm or harass another person
Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
References to illegal drugs
Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
Images containing personal information
References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

In my personal opinion, that image seems like it would be fine considering it does not have a game logo but you may want to try covering the name of the car. You can also try editing the image to distort it a little. Otherwise, I would post it and see what
happens honestly.

What's your opinion on this matter? Would you go for it? It's not stolen nor copyright material. I'd like to assume that they have a way to detect wether it is or isn't but i'm not entirely sure.
