    1. May we ask if you have seen error message or code when you try to update Xbox 360?
      • Are you getting this error code: 4497 0000 D080 0200 807B 01F7 or any codes listed on this link - Xbox 360 system update error codes | Xbox Support?
      • If you have a different error message or code, please post a screenshot of the issue and conceal any personal information (like full name, gamertag, age and location).
    2. May we ask if you have tried to perform the Solution 1-8 troubleshooting from this link - Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console | Xbox Support?
