    How to Update from old computer to new


    My new and old computers are still connected by wifi and I have the solitaire collection on my new one. However, even though it has my correct name it does not have any of the information from the games I've played, my points, etc. on the old computer. How
    do I import that?

    Cannot stream on Windows 10, but the Xbox is connected!

    How old is the PC. Is it newer with modern PC spices. Or it a old WIN 7 computer that you upgraded to WIN 10. Because if was like a WIN 7 computer before you upgrade to WIN 10. Some of the computer spices might preventing you from streaming.

    I need a code from my old e-mail to verify my account. To do so I have to send an e-mail to my old e-mail with the code or I can update my security info. But if I change to a new mail and phone number etc. It wont save my new information because my computer
    is not a trusted computer (with Microsoft essentials and Internet Explorer) so I dunno what to do

    To make sure, are you signed into the Xbox App with your account on the new computer as well? That's how the game will know which account's info to use.

    If you verify that you're signed into the Xbox App and launch Solitaire while signed into the Xbox App, do you see your data that way?

    If you’re doing that and you’re not able to see the progress exists the possibility that you used a different account.

    I can play the jigsaw puzzles but my download collections are not popping up. It's basically like I need to download them again and pay.
