    How to unpair steelseries 9x?


    I have problem with my 9X, it wants to pair without permission to my Xbox SX. Is there anyway to make sure that my 9X would not do that? I have reseted under cushion, used the power cycle (15 seconds off) but ALWAYS it pairs to my xbox without pairing. Otherwise headset works just fine. How to unpair steelseries 9x? :)

    Steel series headset won’t connect

    Not sure which SteelSeries headset you have but might be worth trying to unpair the headset before trying to pair it again.

    This is for the 9x (not sure if it works with other versions like the 1x): "With the headset OFF, press and hold the power button for 15-seconds until the LED begins to blink white. It should now be unpaired with your old Xbox and ready for pairing with your new Xbox."

    Once done, try pairing it like normal again. Hopefully that works

    why cant I use good headsets on my X Box?

    I would recommend the Steelseries Arctis 9X or the Turtle Beach Elite 800x. Both are really great in my Opinion.
