Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (Believe me, it is the only option), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

Hi there, I just did some looking around and this might help you.

First, everyone had issues with unlocking achievements on PC for this game through W10/Game Pass.

Here is a thread where you will see many people commenting that achievements are not tracking or unlocking...

However, a few comments down on the first page, you will see this comment by Outlawed Torn:

"I figured out how to get achievements to unlock in the game, turns out it is a sign in issue.

In order to unlock achievements, you need to be fully signed out of XBL in the Xbox Console Companion app before starting the game.

When starting the game signed out, an XBL login will pop up on the game's splash screen which will enable Xbox Live for the game and allow you to unlock achievements.

Since Xbox Live doesn't work and weren't actually signed in until you do this. Any progress/saved games made before signing in this way will be erased."

so how do you even sign in to recieve them? i click unlock dog tags after the trailer and it just takes me to the previous page, says battlefield 3 / act of valor.

Can you confirm you are signed into the same account on Windows 10 (the way you log into your PC) as the one on which you are expecting to see achievements unlock?

Can you also make sure you are not signed into an Xbox One while you play on Windows 10? Being logged into an Xbox One could have the effect of preventing Windows 10 achievements unlocking.

There hasn't been a whole lot of word released about the new interface and sounds. Hopefully we'll get more information about it soon, it would be nice for them to have different sounds for different notification's though.
