I'm sorry but according to Mojang:

"Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account."

In this case, it would be best to reach out to Mojang that way they can check options available on their end for you.

once a psn account has been linked to a microsoft account it can be unlinked but can only be relinked to that same microsoft account, they are a permanent link.

you used to be able to do this and it was stopped a while ago.

You can unlink the psn account however you CANT link a different one.
