    how to unlink EA account from xbox live account?


    So apparently my account got hacked and linked to an EA account. When opening FIFA 19, it asks me about some email, if it's me and if so, to put in some password. This was new for me, it wouldn't ask for any mail or password on FIFA19 before. So, I looked
    it up and found out my xbox live account is linked to some EA account of whic's e-mail I've never seen before. What can I do?

    My XBOX Game Pass PC account is tied to unknown EA Account's email that is not mine.

    Hi Yeenoiz. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

    When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.

    Cant play EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass

    I had the same issue. Had to go to my EA Account and Unlink my Xbox Live account.

    After Unlinking, follow the steps to install an EA Play game from the Xbox app. EA Desktop will ask to re-link your Microsoft account.

    After doing that it all works fine. Hope this helped.

    only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

    head over to https://www.ea.com/

    click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account
