How to unlink a banned EA account

it is linked on EA Server side and Microsoft cannot unlink that, and EA will not unlink a banned EA account as that would allow massive abuse and for people to repeatedly get banned and unlink and make new EA accounts and relink. The same is with most companies that you link with. If it was an EA mistake for the account being banned then you would need to take this up with them and get them to unlink it.

You can't, if the EA account is banned then it is forever linked to the xbox account, would not be a very good banning system if it just let you unlink and relink with a new ea account would it.

1. EA are the only ones who can unlink the account as it is linked on their system.

2. If you are banned then they will not unlink so that way you cannot get around the ban. The only way around it is create a brand new Xbox account and as has been said, start from scratch.

3. Bans are issued for reasons, they would be no good if you could just unlink and create a new EA account and relink your current Xbox account.

Microsoft cannot unlink it as it is linked on EA servers only, as you are banned that means you can no longer play EA games with that Microsoft account and also means no access to ea play, it is part of the terms. if they allowed unlinking then the abuse would be out of control.

Be thankful they did not request Microsoft to ban your Microsoft account as that too can happen as you breached the terms of service.

Is this the only way? I got off the phone with EA. They told me that the can't unlink it. We need to know and have access to the email linked to our xbox account to unlink it. I'm not banned. Mine was just deleted and they cant even tell me the email account associated with it.
