How to undo all changes made to PC by installing the Xbox (Beta) app

I want my computer back to how it was please.

Yesterday I installed the Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10 PC via https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/apps/xbox-app-for-windows-10

Safe to stay, installing it made a bunch of changes to my PC I didn't like and I tried to uninstall it, which I couldn't do so I did a system restore to a time when my PC didn't have it installed. This fixed a few things, but notably
kept certain files on my PC including a new "Program Files" folder on my D:\ drive and some relating to Xbox on my C:\ drive that have a bunch of unusual groups and users permissions not found anywhere else on my PC that prevent me from deleting them without
a higher level of permission.

I have figured out how to change their permissions and ownership so I can delete them, but on my D:\ drive, I am now missing 7gb of space that is unaccounted after comparing the properties of all the folders on the drive. I believe
that this 7gb of space was reserved for the Xbox (Beta) app but removing its associated folders hasn't given me the 7gb back and I can't see any new hidden files on the D:/ drive. How can I get that space back?

I'm also missing 1gb of space on my C:/ drive, but I don't really to mess around with Windows files on it too much.

I'm running Windows 10 Home 1909.

So you reckon those weird accounts are nothing to worry about? Cause I haven't been moving any HDDs around. It's just something I've noticed on the new files made by the Xbox (BETA) app.

On my C: disk cleanup, delivery optimization files only account for 16 MB - not the 1 GB that's been been missing since installing the Xbox (Beta) app. For my D: disk cleanup, there is nothing even to clean. Just 7 GB missing that I can't find.

the ones that have the s at the beginning are usually unknown, i get them when i move hdd's from one pc to another.

as to the app, looks like Microsoft will keep this and integrate more with windows 10, some of the gamepass games are actual ports from the xbox and in xvd format (xbox virtual disk).

I suppose all of that is true and fair. Would you say that this Xbox (Beta) app is going to become a normal sort of software that comes with all installs of Windows 10 going forward? And do you have any info regarding the odd new users/group permissions
on the xbox files? Like I get some of them look official like Windows 10, but some are just unknown accounts with numbers?

I didn't no, but looking at the cleanup system files options, I would get 4.64 GB back from 'Windows Update Cleanup' - though nothing else seems to fit the size capacity and I'm fairly certain old versions of windows aren't causing the problems here. I
feel like installing the Xbox (Beta) app actually unlocked or forced some sort of further update on my PC.
