How to unassigned Turtle Beach Stealth 700

I bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 and love it but why isn't there a option to remove from your accessory so it won't turn on my Xbox why turning on the Headset just to bluetooth my phone to listen to music or media?

Sorry to hear it. I'm afraid that if your headset connects to the console using bluetooth like the controller then there is no way to disconnect it other than connecting it to another device.

I have this same problem when my kids use my console with their controllers. Afterwards they go upstairs to play on the family one and turn my console on when it resyncs

Yup, it's a conundrum. The only way to do it would be through an app that would require the console to be on in the first place, which is what you're trying to avoid. Not a real good answer here other than maybe set your sleep timer on the Xbox to turn
off after a short period of time, so if it gets turned on accidentally by the headset, it doesn't stay on for long.

I have a Turtle beach Stealth 700 Xbox One and no longer use the console. Every time I power on my headset to use on my PC or phone, it turns on the Xbox, how can I unassign it from doing this or connecting to the Xbox at all? Thanks

The headset is a Turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 which does not have bluetooth support.

The stealth 700 is the one with bluetooth.
