HOW TO ULINK EPIC ACCOUNT FROM XBOX ONE

Sorry to hear about the profile issue. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer information from one account to another. On the other hand if one of the games is Fortnite and he hasn't created epic account. You can have him log into the epic account he
had on your account and see if them items are there. If he already has an epic account here is a link to

unlink the account from the fortnite help.

there is no option to move items etc from one Xbox Live Account to another, but since it's Fortnite related, there might be an alternate solution.

I think the content for Fortnite is linked to the Fortnite account (Epic account) and that can be linked to a different Xbox Live Account.

For example this link shows how to connect a Epic Account to a console account (via the website):

Keep in mind to not use the Xbox Live Accounts or Epic Accounts when on a console, since this could result in a new Epic Account being created.

I do advise you to contact Epic Support first so they can confirm the steps to take to make this possible before trying something. The earlier mentioned link has a Contact options.

Do they stay with the Epic Games account or with the Xbox account? That's the part I'm trying to get clarification on. I know that you can't move purchases from one Xbox account to another. My understanding with this particular game though is everything
is stored within your Epic Games account and not the Xbox gamertag so that's how it is potentially possible because that account moves with you?
