How to turn off the Xbox sign in when playing Microsoft casual games

thread on the Microsoft community forums, and I am going to post it again on this community as I am unsure which community you will now be looking at.

In order to play on the Windows games from the Windows store, then you will need to be signed into your account. In order to sign into your account you will need to have internet access. This is so it can get the data for your profile from the Xbox servers
and update your challenges. If you can't sign into your account, it will make you sign in as a guest. Any of the progress you make when playing the game will not be saved and will be deleted once you close your game/app.

In regards to the Support Engineer, the support team thought that your question would be better handled on this community, and they only directed you to this forum so you can get a much better response to your question.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. The option to add a language to a game is controlled by the developer of the respective game. Most of the games that you are playing are Microsoft casual games, but Crossword is not a casual game. Thus, you must reach out to
the developer of the game for assistance with the language of the game.

In regards to the sign in issue, we recommend making sure that
Windows 10 is up to date. Do you see any error messages or error codes when you sign in to the Microsoft and Xbox websites with your Microsoft account? We recommend

Sorry for the issue with signing in. Have you tried to power off the PC then turn it back on and try and sign in? Also you can visit the

Microsoft casual games community and post there. There is a lot in the community that help out with them specific games.

New problem. When I did this, the game launched, and when it launched I started up a game of casual, and when I loaded into the game, my Xbox completely shut off on me. This was also happening when I was in the tutorial stage of the game. The Xbox completely turned off 3 times before this 4th occurrence.

Anyway to fix it? It is currently on my internal storage drive, and I am playing on an Xbox One S. I just want to play the game and my Xbox keeps shutting off.

Also when it is turning off, I turn it back on, and it chimes and I have the chime feature off on my Xbox, and the chime makes a very scratchy Xbox on sound also, just thought I should throw that in there.
