How to turn off safe mode and start up regular?

So I was getting a black screen after the green log-in screen so I did a power cycle and now my Xbox is starting up in safe mode every time. I turn it off and turn it back on and it's still in safe mode. How do I get it to go back to the regular mode?

Hello Rezinator,

There was a service alert that was affecting all of Xbox. It is now resolved and you should be able to get back to normal.
Please power cycle your console and see if it is
back to normal when it comes up.

Yes I know in a regular game you can turn it off or adjust it. In Franchise Mode you cannot turn it off or adjust it. The accelerated clock is locked in Franchise Mode.

Hi! How do i take it off power safe mode? . I only see stand by and power safe mode..

Try turnign off fast start up mode and see if that gets rid of the clicking. I have mine set up to fast start and also have 2 external hdd plugged in. I can here a faint buzzing from the hdd as they arent actually powered down due to fast start
being on, thus checking for downloads when im not on.
