    How to turn off controller sleep


    I use a keyboard and mouse for some of my games on the Xbox One and have my headset plugged into my controller which is connected via USB cable to my Xbox One. The controller goes into sleep mode after a while and then annoyingly I have to power it back
    on so I can hear the game again.

    So far ther is no option to turn off sleep mode while connected to the Xbox One, but would be great if Microsoft could add this feature. How do we make them aware that many other people have this same problem and how do we get votes/signatures for this feature
    to be implemented?

    I believe if you plug it in via USB it does not time out.
    I am pretty sure this is correct.

    I had the same issue when using my wheel to drive around and headset plugged into the controller...

    But when I plug that controller into the xbox it will start charging and don't go to sleep anymore,

    and have the same situation with a second controller, as soon you plug it in, it wont switch off anymore.

    Maybe try another usb cable ?
