How to turn of descriptive audio on Xbox 360

I’ve read a few posts about this subject on here and have found the answers unhelpful. I just rented a movie on my Xbox 360 (NOT Xbox one) and when I played the movie the audio was describing what was happening on the screen. I tried watching a different
rental on my console and it played with no problems. I don’t know why one rental would play normally and the other with the descriptive audio. I didn’t change any settings when switching between the two.

I did see someone’s post about requesting a refund, and I have a feeling I’m going to have to do the same. I didn’t have the option for a director’s cut of the movie because I’m only renting it. I tried looking everywhere for an audio setting to try and
turn off the descriptive audio but wasn’t able to locate one.

The Xbox 360 doesn't have the option to turn on or off narrator>>only Xbox one does. However, you can check the movie and app setting and see if this option is available. Or did the movie you purchase come with this option? Some
movies have a director's cut where they narrate the movie.

Someone else posted this same question last week. And the end result was them requesting a refund from Microsoft because they couldn't see the option to turn off narrator in the movie. You can always speak to a Microsoft agent by

Downloaded a film on Xbox 360 audio description is on and I don't know how to turn it off

Have you found a solutuon for this yet? I have the same problem, I bought a movie and it was fine... Bumped the controller on the floor and now audio description is on and i can't get it off, not even the agents in the help desk can figure it out. Frustrated

Same issue! Specifically with Spiderverse!!! Turned it on today on the 360 and it had descriptive audio enabled! Its never had that before andbi cant turn it off. I can turn it off on my Xbox One, but I cant find an option on the 360. My husband and i are
stumped! We bought this movie when it came out and never has this issue until today. Why would you add options to a movie, but then prevent your customer from being able to choose thier viewing experience? So dumb and frustrating. Please fix this!

I'm having this issue with Spiderman Homecoming as well? None of my other ,movies are having the issue. But Audio descriptions are just on and I cannot figure out how to turn them off.
