How to......Transfer Xbox games to another new/created Outlook or Xbox account?

I am Richard Corbin. A minor "[Mod Removed- Personal Information]" lived next door. His parent at the time was not computer literate nor did she have a Credit Card. She bought him an Xbox a few years ago. I used my account to set up his
Xbox. I moved out of the neighborhood. His Mother has a credit card now. How do we create and transfer his Xbox games to a Outlook or Xbox Live account.

you can't change the xbox account to an existing outlook account, you would need to create a new account during the alias creation. your outlook account is already a microsoft account and therefore already has an xbox account etc.

you cant transfer accounts from one email to another.

Unfortunately, you can transfer one Xbox Account to another Xbox account. The best thing for you do is to create a new email account for yourself and give his sole access to the account. Then he can change the email associate to the account but you will
have to create a new email account for yourself. Otherwise, if he creates a new email/ Xbox live account he will lose any games and game progression he has on your account.

You can't transfer items among accounts yet you can gameshare using the xbox home feature. For info on how to gameshare: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

It is not possible to transfer the games to another account, it displeases me.

You cannot transfer data, But you can have the primary set as home and do it that way, and you can go from there to pay on another account you cannot transfer game purchases or data.
